First days in our TME team

We ensure that our new employees are introduced into our organisation in the best possible way. Next to a warm welcome, we have also prepared a special onboarding programme.

By joining our team you can rely on a personalised training package that will help you become a part of our company life quickly. A standard onboarding process lasts two days. However, depending on the type of duties and position, it can extend up to a few weeks.

See what a standard onboarding process looks like:

1. Introduction

Onboarding is usually attended by a few to over a dozen new employees. These are some of the first people that you get to know in a new job. It often turns out that these relationships last for a very long time. Even if you don't work in the same department, you can meet up for lunch. Training in groups guarantees a friendly atmosphere and good company during the first coffee time at TME!

2. Training package

During your first two days at TME you will experience the power of knowledge provided in an easily digestible form by our specialists in the field of data security, OSH, or communication. Training is conducted as presentations or workshops during which you are welcome to ask questions.

3. How do we work?

Thanks to guided tours around our locations in Łódź you will get to know your new work place. You will find out how we work, where individual departments are located and where we meet up during coffee breaks ☺. Put your comfortable shoes on, it will be an interesting trip! 

4. First lunch together

It is said that a shared meal brings people closer and that's why you are going to meet new colleagues for lunch. It is the time for a table talk, making first jokes and getting to know each other better.

5. Starting the job

We hope that the two-day onboarding will prepare you for the new challenges. Please, bear in mind that you can always rely on your boss and co-workers. Don't be afraid to ask questions about the things you don't know. Good luck!

6. Training in the Logistics Centre

The essential part of the onboarding process is the training organised in the Logistics Centre that helps you get a better understanding of the processes in our company. During the one-day visit you will learn about the responsibilities of each department in our warehouse – from receipt of deliveries, through order picking and stocktaking to preparing a package for shipment. Training in the Logistics Centre is held during the first week of the job.
