What do we offer?

We value employees who want to broaden their competences, so at TME you can count on a number of training courses in soft and hard skills, as well as co-financing for foreign language classes. We also offer the opportunity to learn English on site in our company.

At TME we employ people of different nationalities, and on a daily basis we cooperate with contractors from all over the world. Depending on the position, we also offer international business trips. We are a Polish company, but we think and act globally!

We believe that work becomes a pleasure in a cooperative team, so we pay a lot of attention to the atmosphere at work. We offer our employees subsidized intra-departmental integration meetings. During the integration, we have fun, explore, and above all, strengthen our bonds.

Our employees can use sports facilities that participate in the Medicover Sport and Multisport. You can choose from many packages with sports activities such as yoga, fitness, swimming, dancing, etc. as well as more extended ones which additionally includes entertainment activities, e.g. bowling or pool.

TME has an employees' mutual loan&support fund which can be joined by every employee with an employment contract.

We understand that the end of the year is a magical, yet also costly, time. That's why every year our employees receive a cash holiday bonus.

At TME, you can also count on annual vacation subsidies (so-called "pear tree holidays") to fully recharge your batteries and return to work with renewed energy.

We care about your commuting comfort — no matter how you choose to travel. You can also reach our locations by bus — both public and employee shuttle buses are available.

Our company uses the SmartLunch program. You order a meal via the application - SmartLunch delivers your lunch directly to the company. The SmartLunch offer includes both lunch sets and cool snacks / sandwiches. The amount of co-financing from TME is PLN 10 per day.
