Our Requirements:
Ihr Profil
- mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Sales Development oder Account Management / Außendienst (Vertrieb)
- Reisebereitschaft
- Erfahrung im eigenständigen Generieren von Leads
- grundlegende technische Kenntnisse und Verständnis
- gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- gute Erfahrung mit der Präsentation von Produkten in persönlichen und digitalen Meetings
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium
- Deutsch als Muttersprache oder C2, Englisch B2 oder besser
- Führerschein B
außerdem hilfreich:
- Erfahrung mit der Nutzung von SAP
- Erfahrung mit der Vertretung auf Messen
Your responsibilities:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Hybride Arbeit – eine Woche im Büro, eine Woche im Außendienst bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
- Generierung von Leads aus Systemdaten, Veranstaltungen und eigenständiger Recherche
- Analyse und Qualifizierung von Leads
- aktive Kontaktaufnahme auf allen Kanälen
- Kundenbesuche im Vertriebsgebiet: Präsentation des Unternehmens und der Produkte, Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und -potenzialen, Suche nach Möglichkeiten, eine Zusammenarbeit zu beginnen oder auszubauen
- Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen, pflegen und verbessern
- Bericht und Pflege der erfassten Daten im CRM
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
- Vertretung des Unternehmens auf Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Marktforschung und Berichterstattung an die Vertriebsleitung
