TME – more than work

Growth is one of the pillars of TME. Without it, we’d probably still be selling transistors pulled from broken TVs on a blanket at a local Łódź market. Instead, we’re thriving—and we want the same for the #TMEcrew. By joining us, you can count on a wide range of internal workshops and e-learning, as well as specialized training and industry conferences related to your field.

It’s the kind of benefit that everyone seems to have, but if we didn't, it would be pretty disappointing, right? Plus, you get to choose between Medicover or Allianz packages.

For you and your family members. Again, it’s a "everyone has it" perk, but still a total must-have. Comprehensive protection for any "just in case" situation. Wide coverage, great pricing, and solid terms.

Whether you’re just starting out, growing your family, or looking after your health—you can count on our financial support. As part of the #TMEcrew, you can enjoy a variety of perks, including:
- Extra funds for summer holidays ("holiday under the pear tree") and the end-of-the-year season (holiday bonus);
- Subsidies for glasses or contact lenses, helping you save 800 PLN at the optician;
- An employee benefit fund and interest-free loans;
- Support for parents: baby hampers, subsidies for educational materials, or nursery/kindergarten fees.

Whether you want to play or read, we’ve got plenty to choose from. Our board game cabinet holds nearly 100 titles, and the Development Library features about 300 books on all things self-improvement. Borrow, enjoy, and have fun—just remember to return them on time!

We build relationships, not just projects. That’s why we hang out regularly—both as teams and as a whole company. Teams can use an integration budget twice a year, and we all get together for family picnics and events at least once a year.

We use the SmartLunch app to order food straight to the office. You can choose from over 10 different restaurants—sandwiches, salads, soups, hot dinners, sushi, pizza, you name it. All with a daily 10 PLN subsidy. What if you forget to order? No drama! "The Sandwich Guys" (external catering) visit all our locations, and we have "Żabkomat" vending machines everywhere.

Yes, of course, we have sports cards too - choose between Medicover Sport or MultiSport. They get you into gyms, pools, and fitness classes. BUT! You can also use the modern gym at our Rzgów Logistics Center completely for free.

Driving to work? Don’t sweat the parking - we’ve got it covered. Commuting by bike? Awesome, you can leave it safely under a roof in the bike zone. All our locations in the Łódź region are also easily accessible by public transport.

The #TMEcrew is made up of people of various nationalities, and we collaborate with partners from all over the world. Depending on your role, we offer opportunities for international business travel. We are a company from Łódź with 100% Polish capital, but we think and act globally!
