FAQ
Our recruitment process is tailored to the specific role and department, but it usually follows these steps:
- Application review,
- Initial phone screen,
- Interview,
- In some cases, a recruitment task,
- Final decision and feedback.
At every stage, we focus on clear communication and a partnership-based approach. No matter the outcome, you’ll always hear back from us.
The timeline depends on a few factors, but it usually takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We do our best to keep things moving quickly and comfortably for everyone involved. We’ll get back to you with a concrete answer as soon as possible—typically within a week or two after the final interview. If things are taking a bit longer, we’ll be sure to let you know.
Yes. Regardless of the decision, every candidate who takes part in our recruitment process receives feedback on the final result.
Sure! Feel free to apply for multiple positions if your skills and interests align with more than one area.
Remote or hybrid work options depend on the specific role and the nature of the department. You’ll find details regarding the work model for a particular position right in the job posting.
Shift work mainly applies to our warehouse, technical, and IT departments. The standard working day is 8 hours, though it can be extended to 12 hours in the schedule. On average, working time doesn’t exceed 40 hours per week over a 5-day work week within the adopted settlement period.
TME has offices in several locations: Łódź, Rzgów, Kraków, and Gdynia. Our main—and very first—hub is the Łódź Logistics Center at 41 Ustronna St. Just across the way, at 1 Rozalii St., you’ll find our second Łódź office. Our Rzgów Logistics Center is located at 2 Elektroniczna St. We also have two offices outside the Łódź region: one in Kraków (28 Rynek Główny) and one in Gdynia (8 Sportowa St.).
This is possible only in certain cases, depending on the nature of the role and the team’s current needs. However, in most cases, we hire for full-time positions.
Depending on the role, we offer various types of cooperation, including standard employment contracts, civil law contracts, as well as B2B. We always clearly communicate the details during the recruitment process.
At TME, bonus systems apply to certain areas of employee compensation. For example, in warehouse roles, there is a performance-based bonus linked to the results of a specific department. The details depend on the nature of the work and the department you join, and we’ll walk you through them during recruitment or once you’re on board.
In addition to your base pay, we offer benefits such as our bonus system and non-wage benefits. These include, for example, “holiday under the pear tree” vacation subsidies, holiday bonuses, medical care starting from just 1 PLN, and a daily 10 PLN meal subsidy via the Smart Lunch app.
Growth is a big deal for us, so we offer plenty of ways to level up your skills. We also support career path development, internal promotion opportunities, and offer subsidies for foreign language classes.

We focus on an individual approach – we encourage regular conversations with your manager and the L&D team to collaboratively plan a development path that best aligns with your aspirations and business needs.
Yes! There’s definitely an option to change departments or roles within the organization if your skills and the company’s needs align. For many positions, we start our search by posting internally first. This means we often find the perfect candidate before the job ad even hits the outside world.
New team members go through an onboarding process designed to help them get to know the company, the team, our tools, and their new responsibilities—all with constant support from the organization. You’ll receive a dedicated induction program and a personalized training package to help you hit the ground running. Standard onboarding lasts two days, but depending on the role, it can be extended up to several weeks.
Check out our step-by-step induction process:
- Getting to know each other Onboarding usually involves a group of several new members of the #TMEcrew. These are the people you’ll build your first relationships with. Often, these early connections turn into lasting friendships—even if you head off to different departments later, you’ll still find time for coffee breaks or lunch together. Group sessions help break the ice and make that first TME coffee taste even better.
- Training package At the start of your TME journey, you’ll have two days packed with practical info delivered in a clear, easy-to-digest way by our specialists—covering areas like data protection, health & safety, and communication. The sessions vary from presentations to engaging workshops, so feel free to ask questions and jump right in.
- How we work During tours of our Łódź offices, you’ll discover your new work environment from the inside out. You’ll see what our daily life looks like, where specific teams work, and the best spots for a quick break. Better wear comfortable shoes—there’s a lot to see!
- Our first lunch together They say nothing builds a bond like a shared meal. On your very first day, we’ll invite you to lunch with your new colleagues so you can get to know them in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s the perfect time for a casual chat, swapping first impressions, and making connections.
- Starting the job We believe that two days of induction will give you a solid foundation to take on your new duties with confidence. Remember, you can always turn to your manager or teammates for help. If anything is unclear—just ask. We’re rooting for you!
- Training at the Logistics Center One of the key stages of onboarding is training at our Logistics Center, which helps you understand how our core business processes work. During this full-day session, you’ll learn the specifics of every warehouse area: from receiving deliveries and picking to inventory and shipping. This training takes place during your first week on the job.
We offer, among others:
- An international work environment,
- Departmental team-building events,
- Co-funding for private medical care (Medicover or Allianz packages),
- Co-funding for sports cards (Medicover Sport and Multisport),
- Access to training, e-learning, our Development Library, and a board game rental (with nearly 100 titles to choose from!),
- An employee benefit and loan fund available to all contract employees,
- Holiday bonuses – we know the end of the year is magical but can be pricey. That’s why our team can count on a cash bonus every year,
- “Holiday under the pear tree” – aka co-funding for your summer vacation,
- Employee parking – for both car drivers and cyclists,
Meal subsidies – 10 PLN daily to use in the SmartLunch app. You can find more details in the “More than work” tab.
Our board game rental is a company collection of nearly 100 games that you can borrow whenever you like. It’s a great way to test out different titles—from quick party games to advanced strategy—without having to buy them. Take them home and play with friends, family, or colleagues! You also have access to the TME Development Library. Among nearly 300 books, you’ll find titles on personal growth, sales, psychology, and business, as well as specialized topics like engineering or project management. It’s the perfect way to level up your skills for free. Just pick, borrow, and discover—no limits!
The atmosphere at TME is built on cooperation, mutual respect, and open communication. We’re all on a first-name basis here—regardless of age, seniority, or position. There’s no formal dress code, and teamwork is the real deal. Even though we have diverse teams and roles, we’re all part of the #TMEcrew playing for the same goal. We make sure everyone feels comfortable and has a real impact on their work. We hire people of various nationalities and work with partners from all over the world every day. We are a Polish company, but we think and act globally!
We regularly organize team-building initiatives. We believe that work is a pleasure when you’re part of a great team, which is why our departments integrate through daily collaboration as well as company-subsidized outings. Additionally, at least once a year, TME creates a space for everyone to hang out together with their families—think family picnics or holiday events. These initiatives help build real relationships and strengthen the feeling of being one #TMEcrew.
Yes! We run internship programs and apprenticeships for students and graduates. It’s a great chance to find your “perfect match” and grow in various fields—from tech and IT to logistics, sales, and marketing. Our internships are organized in partnership with the “Młodzi w Łodzi” program, take place during the summer, and are paid, giving you real-world business experience.
They are designed for students and graduates who want to gain their first professional experience in an international organization. It’s for those who are curious about different business areas, open to learning, and want to put their skills into practice—regardless of your major or previous experience. Internships give you a taste of teamwork and real projects, helping you shape your future career path.
An internship at TME can definitely be the first step toward a long-term career. Depending on our current needs, we often offer extended cooperation or full-time roles. Many members of the #TMEcrew started their professional journey here as interns and are now thriving in various departments across the company.
