Tech Master Event is a space created for people who like to think, design, and test their ideas in practice. For several years, we have run this platform dedicated to creators involved in technical engineering – it’s open, global, and accessible without barriers. Participants can take part in contests for free, develop their projects, and earn the title of “Master,” competing for prizes of up to $1,000. To date, we have completed 30 contests on a wide range of topics – from technological challenges and specific platforms to open, creative formats. We are especially fond of working with young creators looking for a direction and an impulse to grow. We see how these initiatives give birth to ideas that answer real needs – like the winning “Master of Arduino” project, created to improve sanitary conditions in Uganda. Today, Tech Master Event is a community of thousands of users from all over the world and hundreds of projects proving that technology begins with curiosity – and ends with real impact.

poweredby.tme is an initiative that organizes something we’ve been doing for years: supporting people with ideas. For over 15 years, we’ve stayed close to projects and passions born in technical universities, science clubs, industry competitions, and primary or secondary schools – both in Poland and abroad. After the pandemic, we decided to gather these activities in one place, and in 2024, the poweredby.tme.eu platform was launched. It is a space for enthusiasts of electronics, technology, and science, as well as culture and art – for everyone who has the courage to try. We support projects in various ways: through sponsorship, access to components, samples, or discount codes, helping ideas travel the path from vision to reality. We believe that behind every technology is a human being – with knowledge, imagination, and a need to create. And good ideas, regardless of scale, really can change the world.

poMocni w Modzie is an initiative that boldly combines the world of fashion with real social impact. Although relatively new, its impact has exceeded the event itself from the very beginning. We are already heading into the second edition of a project that proves creativity and helping can go hand in hand. As a co-organizer, we support the project in fundraising and event organization, ensuring that all proceeds from auctions and ticket sales go entirely to charity. The first edition raised 200,000 PLN, which went to the Fun and Drive Foundation to build a state-of-the-art ambulance for the Jonscher Hospital in Łódź. In the second edition, we are raising funds for respite care hours for the Ktoś Foundation and preparatory courses for foster families by Magdalena Różdżka’s Ukochani Foundation. It’s a project where style meets responsibility – and good ideas meet real action

The Ravekjavik Festival is a perfect example of a collaboration where the same notes played from the start: bold ideas, local energy, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. We first joined as sponsors in 2019, recognizing the potential of an event that defies conventions and consistently builds its own identity. We share a love for multimedia, lights, and visual scale – for creating experiences that engage the senses and linger in the memory. By supporting Ravekjavik, we want to stay close to initiatives that grow locally but think big and without compromise. In projects like this, we see the space for authentic partnerships and growth based on creativity, passion, and the shared belief that good ideas deserve real support.

The Ktoś Foundation is one of those collaborations that quickly stopped being formal and simply became a relationship. We have worked together for years because the core of their mission – providing respite care for caregivers of people with disabilities – is very close to our hearts. We see the immense value in a moment of breath, a sense of support, and the knowledge that someone is truly there. Our involvement goes beyond systemic support; together, we help the foundation’s charges take their first steps in the job market, supporting them in gaining experience, navigating professional duties, and building self-confidence. These actions are based on mindfulness and trust, proving that real change starts when people are given the chance to develop at their own pace.

We consider ourselves “PSYjaciele” (animal friends) – and it’s not just a slogan, it’s a daily practice. Since 2019, we have provided material support to the “Pod Pelikanem” animal shelter in Łowicz, responding to the real needs of its residents. Every winter, we organize an employee food drive to ensure the animals have supplies when they need them most. We also use our platforms to talk about responsible adoption; in 2022, instead of traditional ads, we showed videos of dogs looking for homes before Polówka screenings. We care for animals right where we work, too. We run our own apiary at the Logistics Center in Rzgów, and the honey from our bees is given to employees as a holiday gift every year. Nearby, on green pastures, sheep graze peacefully – a reminder that balance, care, and mindfulness toward nature are just as important to us as growth and scale.

The collaboration with the Day Care Center on Borowa Street is an example of a partnership that started with a single gesture and naturally turned into something much larger. In 2024, we visited as “Scouting Elves” to provide holiday support and a moment of joy for seniors. It quickly became clear that the meeting left a mark on both sides. Instead of a one-off initiative, a relationship developed on its own. Today, we visit Borowa Street regularly – offering our time, attention, and true presence. Our employees have become “honorary grandchildren,” and the shared conversations, laughter, and small activities build something that cannot be planned or scheduled. This partnership shows us how vital intergenerational bonds are and how much simple, empathy-driven encounters mean. Sometimes, just being there is enough – the rest happens naturally.

WOŚP is an initiative we have felt a natural bond with for years – its values align perfectly with our view on responsibility and collective action. Every year, we contribute something special to the Grand Finale, auctioning off a unique prize: a personalized illumination on our glowing office building. As one of the most recognizable buildings in Łódź and a winner of the “Pearl of Łódź” architectural award, it serves as a symbol of a place open to people and their ideas. Our commitment to helping has a long history; for over a decade, we also supported “Szlachetna Paczka” (Noble Box), preparing holiday packages for the most vulnerable families in our region. For us, these are simple gestures that, when combined, truly change someone’s daily life.

Team TME supports those driven by character, determination, and belief in their own potential – even when they lack publicity or major international contracts. We believe in people and their stories, which is why we support athletes for whom the journey is often more important than the podium. It all started in 2018 with Dorota Banaszczyk, Poland’s first World Karate Champion. Despite winning gold, she initially lacked institutional support – so together, we gave her the space to keep growing. From this partnership, a long-term commitment to the Olimp sports club naturally evolved. We also support Magda Zając, the first Polish woman to win the Dakar Rally in her class, and the Proxcars TME Rally Team. For several years, we were the title sponsor of the SMS Łódź women’s football team – with our help, the girls made it to the Champions League. Today, we are also cheering on the Atena Sails initiative, enabling two young, ambitious sailors to travel around the world. These are just a few of our collaborations – because Team TME is about people who aren’t afraid to dream and go against the tide.

TME Education is an initiative born from the belief that access to knowledge can truly change lives. Since 2016, we have been working with local communities in Africa and India to provide electronics and modern technology education in places where it isn’t always easily accessible. We teach through doing – implementing robotics projects, training in Arduino, and showing that technology can be a tool for growth, not a barrier. Our 11 ambassadors – teachers who work in local schools and best understand their students’ needs – play a key role. We also support them in equipping IT labs, creating spaces for learning, experimenting, and discovering new paths. Through TME Education, we facilitate access to schooling in areas where it is still limited, opening doors to a future full of possibilities for young people.

For us, LFF TME Polówka is more than just sponsorship. Since 2019, we have been the title sponsor of an event that naturally brings people, the city, and a shared cultural experience together every summer. We are right there with the film-goers – even before the lights go down. The #TMEcrew welcomes the audience, organizes contests, hands out gadgets, and creates an atmosphere you want to keep coming back to. Our deckchairs have become a permanent part of the landscape, and “Moto Polówka,” held right under our office building, symbolically connects our daily work with the life of the city. We stayed together even during the pandemic, supporting social initiatives and proving that it’s always worth being close to people, even in tough times. Thanks to this, Polówka is more accessible than ever – open, community-driven, and authentic, exactly the way we like it.
