Scope of responsibilities includes:
- processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
- providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
- maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
- filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products;
- meeting personal and team sales targets;
- generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives.
Czego oczekujemy?
Our Expectations:
- proficiency Dutch and good in English;
- proficiency in using computer and office software;
- great communication skills;
- customer orientation;
- strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
- knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
