We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving broad selection of instock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment.

With more than 35 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries, 9 in Europe and 3 overseas. We employ over 1500 people, and send over 5000 parcels every day to over 150 countries around the world straight from our logistic centers from Poland.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • market prospecting: identifying and contacting potential new customers, either individuals (B2C) or companies (B2B);
  • promotion and sales: detailed presentation of the company's products or services, adapting the offer to the needs of the customers;
  • customer portfolio management: establishing and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, providing commercial and technical assistance;
  • administrative activity: preparing commercial offers, presentations and daily reporting of sales activities and results;
  • identifying customer needs: analyzing the requirements of potential customers in order to be able to offer them the best solutions;
  • field presence: carrying out the offering/presentation activity at the customers' premises or in other designated locations, including travel.

What do we expect?

  • technical University Studies;
  • knowledge in electronics or electricity or telecommunications;
  • communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • english conversational level B;
  • customer and results orientation;
  • organizational and planning skills;
  • driving license category B;
  • positive and proactive attitude;
  • previous sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory;
  • SAP experience, but not mandatory.

Siamo un e-commerce e distributore internazionale di componenti elettronici, in forte crescita, alla ricerca di un/una Sales Specialist (commerciale interno) da inserire nel nostro team.

Responsabilità principali:

  • supporto commerciale ai clienti su tutto il territorio italiano;
  • gestione delle richieste e consulenza sui prodotti;
  • inserimento ordini e preparazione offerte commerciali;
  • utilizzo del sistema gestionale SAP;
  • follow-up e gestione del post-vendita;
  • collaborazione con il team vendite e logistica;
  • partecipazione occasionale a fiere di settore ed eventi.

What do we expect?

Requisiti richiesti:

  • conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
  • buona dimestichezza con i principali sistemi operativi e strumenti informatici;
  • spiccate capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente;
  • precisione, organizzazione e attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • residenza nel comune di Bergamo (requisito preferenziale);

Costituisce titolo preferenziale:

  • conoscenza del settore dell’elettronica o dei componenti elettronici;
  • esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali o di assistenza clienti.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • Sell TME company's products;
  • Customer service;
  • New customer acquisition and customer retention;
  • Process, update or change customer purchase orders;
  • Handle, organize and process customer quote requests;
  • Respond to Customer inquiries within a call center environment in accurate manner (e.g. email, phone, webchat);
  • Preparing an individual offers for the clients;
  • Evaluate customers needs and build / maintain productive long lasting relationships;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve all customers' issues;
  • Meet personal and team sales targets;
  • Issuing sales documents in line with orders;
  • Report and provide feedback to the company's management;
  • Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory;
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

What do we expect?

  • MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
  • Native English;
  • Knowledge of the issues related with electronics, electrical engineering or automation will be an advantage;
  • Computer literacy ability to carry out phone conversations;
  • Customer orientation strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Ability to build relations with customers;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
