TME group is a leading distributor of electronic components supporting customers globally. We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving broad selection of instock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment.

With more than 35 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries, 9 in Europe and 3 overseas.We employ over 1500 people, and send over 5000 parcels every day to over 150 countries around the world straight from our logistic centers from Poland.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

visiting customers and acquiring new customers;
providing technical support and the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market);
maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists;
searching for information about the local market, fairs and different business opportunities for TME;
providing reports on the daily activities.

What do we expect?

technical education (profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
proficiency Spanish and advanced English;
sales experience will be an asset;
customer- and goal-orientation;
good command of MS Office;
strong motivation to provide the highest level of customer service;
great communication skills;
knowledge of SAP / CRM systems will be an asset;
driving license (cat. B).

Transfer Multisort Elektronik is opgericht in 1990 en is momenteel een van de snelst groeiende wereldwijde distributeurs van elektronische, elektromechanische, industriële automatische componenten en werkplekapparatuur. Het bedrijf heeft meer dan 1.500 medewerkers in dienst in het hoofdkantoor in Polen en dochterondernemingen in andere landen. TME levert aan enkele tienduizenden bedrijven in 150 landen en verstuurt ruim 5.000 pakketten per dag. Onder de aangeboden 1.000.000 producten vindt u goederen van de meeste belangrijke producenten van elektronische componenten.

Voor België en een klein deel van Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een vertegenwoordiger (fulltime 32-40 uur per week). Je werkt zowel vanuit je thuisbasis als vanuit het kantoor in Eindhoven. Waar je gaat werken in en met een klein enthousiast team van binnendienst en collega verkopers. Voor deze functie ben je voornamelijk op de weg. Elke week vergadert het verkoopteam op locatie in het kantoor in Eindhoven.

Als onze collega krijg je veel mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen (trainingen, cursussen) en doe je ervaring op in international business en sales.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Het onderhouden van langdurige en het verbeteren van klantrelaties door middel van regelmatige klantbezoeken. Met het hoogste niveau van klanttevredenheid;
Klanten bezoeken – Je ziet klanten en prospects vooral fysiek. Opvolging gebeurt op kantoor of via huiswerk. De verhouding klantbezoeken/kantoor is 70/30;
Het ontwikkelen van bestaande accounts en het vinden van nieuwe kansen;
Beheren en uitbreiden van product- en marktkennis;
Bijwonen van beurzen. - Deelnemen aan beurzen, evenementen en conferenties ter promotie van het bedrijf;
Opstellen van offertes en samenwerken met verkoopspecialisten;
Het zorgen voor een uitstekende opvolging na het maken van prijsoffertes voor uw prospecten en klanten;
Het bieden van een goede klantenservice (het plaatsen van bestellingen, het controleren van de beschikbaarheid van producten en de levertijd, het afhandelen van klachten, enz.);
Bijdragen aan de commerciële- en marketingstrategie van het bedrijf;
Zoeken naar informatie over de lokale markt, beurzen en verschillende zakelijke kansen voor TME;
Het identificeren van de behoeften van de klant en deze vertalen naar de verkoop- en marketingstrategie;
Het verzorgen van rapportages over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
Samenwerken met sales binnendienst en accountmanagers;

We employ over 1500 people, and send our shipments to over 150 countries around the world.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

Responsibilities:

Maintaining long term and improving customer relationships through regular customer visits - readiness to travel.
Visiting customers – You mainly see customers and prospects physically. Follow-up takes place at the office or via homework. The ratio customer visits/office is 80/20.
Developing existing accounts and finding new opportunities
Managing and expanding product and market knowledge.
Attending trade fairs. - Participate in fairs, events and conferences promoting the company
Preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists
Providing excellent follow-up after making price quotes for your prospects and customers.
Providing great customer service (placing orders, checking availability of products and delivery time, handling of complaints, etc.)
Contribute to the company's commercial and marketing strategy
Searching for information about the local market, fairs and different business opportunities for TME.
Identifying customer's needs and translating these into the sales and marketing strategy.
Providing reports on the daily activities.
Collaborating with sales inside and account managers.

Knowladge about electronic components - is a must
You have experience in sales 2 years or more.
You have a driving licence.
You are ready for mobile work - visiting customers - 4 days a week
You have a can-do mentality that will help us take the company to the next level. You take initiative and have a nose for spotting opportunities yourself.
You are enthusiastic, communicative and determined. You convey things to people with confidence and in a smooth but honestly manner.
You have strong communication ( English ) and interpersonal skills able to work closely with other departments.
