The tasks we want to entrust you with:

We are looking for a Sales Representative (fulltime 40 hours a week) . Where you will be working in and with a small enthusiastic team of inside sales and colleague sales representatives. For this function you will be mainly on the road. Every week the sales team meets on site in the office. You have to be ready for the most part of time to visit customers around Birmingham and a few times in month in the other parts of England, Ireland and Scotland.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining long term and improving customer relationships through regular customer visits - readiness to travel;
  • Visiting customers – You mainly see customers and prospects physically. Follow-up takes place at the office or via homework. The ratio customer visits/office is 80/20;
  • Developing existing accounts and finding new opportunities;
  • Managing and expanding product and market knowledge;
  • Attending trade fairs. - Participate in fairs, events and conferences promoting the company;
  • Preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists;
  • Providing excellent follow-up after making price quotes for your prospects and customers;
  • Providing great customer service (placing orders, checking availability of products and delivery time, handling of complaints, etc.);
  • Contribute to the company's commercial and marketing strategy;
  • Searching for information about the local market, fairs and different business opportunities for TME;
  • Identifying customer's needs and translating these into the sales and marketing strategy;
  • Providing reports on the daily activities;
  • Collaborating with sales inside and account managers.

  • You have experience in sales 2 years or more;
  • Knowladge about electronic components - at least on a basic level;
  • You have a driving licence;
  • You are ready for mobile work - visiting customers - 4 days a week;

  • You are enthusiastic, communicative and determined. You convey things to people with confidence and in a smooth but honestly manner;
  • You have strong communication ( English ) and interpersonal skills able to work closely with other departments;
