in Poland and subsidiaries in other countries. TME supplies several dozen thousands of
companies in 150 countries and sends 5.000 packages a day. Among offered 1.000.000 products
you will find goods of the majority of significant electronic components producers

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

You will work from your home base as well as from the Eindhoven office. Where
you will be working in and with a small enthusiastic team of inside sales and colleague sales representatives.
For this function you will be mainly on the road. Every week the sales team meets on site in Eindhoven office. Being our colleague, you get many opportunities to develop yourself (training, courses) as well as getting experience in international business and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining long term and improving customer
    relationships through regular customer visits.
    With highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Visiting customers – You mainly see customers and
    prospects physically. Follow-up takes place
    at the office or via homework. The ratio customer
    visits/office is 70/30.
  • Developing existing accounts and finding new
    opportunities.
  • Managing and expanding product and market
    knowledge.
  • Attending trade fairs. - Participate in fairs, events and
    conferences promoting the company.
  • Preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists.
  • Providing excellent follow-up after making price
    quotes for your prospects and customers.
  • Providing great customer service (placing orders,
    checking availability of products and delivery time,
    handling of complaints, etc.) .
  • Contribute to the company's commercial
    and marketing strategy.
  • Searching for information about the local market,
    fairs and different business opportunities for TME.
  • Identifying customer's needs and translating these
    into the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Providing reports on the daily activities.
  • Collaborating with sales inside and account managers.

Sales Specialist

Do you help to build a lasting customer relationship through excellent service and suitable processing of orders, quotations and claims? Do you work in a small and informal team, within an international environment? Then we are looking for you!

  • conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market;
  • processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
  • providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
  • maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
  • filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products;
  • analysing the markets' needs and requirements;
  • meeting personal and team sales targets;
  • generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives;
  • administration and other office work.

What do we expect?

  • MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
  • sales experience (preferred);
  • native English;
  • proficiency in using computer and office software;
  • great communication skills;
  • customer orientation;

What do we expect?

  • technical knowladge - electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related;
  • excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • good time management and organizational skills;
