The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • Lead, coach, and manage outside and inside sales representatives
  • Monitor performance, set sales goals, and ensure the team meets targets
  • Support and participate in inside sales activities, including key account management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and market share
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management
  • Coordinate with other departments, including customer service
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new sales team members
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making are essential for this role

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management role (B2B environment preferred)
  • Background in the electronics distribution or electronic components industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed, expect some domestic and possibly international trips throughout the year
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Results-driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

- Office-based work in Pune-Kharadi;

- Full-time work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;

- market analysis and expansion of the customer base (mainly from the SME sector);

- building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities;

- visiting customers in the Maharashtra region and occasionally in other parts of India;

- supporting customers in selecting products from the TME range;

- preparing and monitoring price offers for customers;

- entering customer orders into the sales system;

- supporting customers and the office in logistics and import issues;

- presenting TME during business meetings;

- reporting activities and actions to the office manager;

- implementation of assigned sales plans;

- participation in trade fairs and industry events (as an exhibitor or visitor) in India (possible weekend work);

- cooperation with the team to provide support and improve customer service.

What do we expect?

- diploma / B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) degree – electronics, electronics and communications, mechatronics;

- knowledge of the electronic components distribution market;

- familiarity with electronic products and components

- ability to read technical documentation;

- passport and willingness to travel abroad occasionally (training);

- residence in Pune or willingness to relocate;

- fluent English;

- knowledge of Office;

- knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

- negotiation and problem-solving skills;

- good communication skills;

- driving license.

  • search for new customers, linked to the electronic components sector on the Slovakia territory;
  • management of the business relationship and relations with existing customers;
  • preparation of commercial offers;
  • analysis of market needs;
  • realization of the pre-established sales plans;
  • after-sales assistance to customers;
  • customer service – answearing emails, phone calls etc.

What do we expect?

  • expirience in sales;
  • knowledge of the electronic components market;
  • mastery of the English language at a communicative level;
  • knowledge of computer programs (MS-Office, Excel);
  • availability for travel – trade shows a few time per year;
  • good organization of work;
  • communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships;
  • driving licence category B;
  • possibly training in the electronic field or similar.
