The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • Lead, coach, and manage outside and inside sales representatives
  • Monitor performance, set sales goals, and ensure the team meets targets
  • Support and participate in inside sales activities, including key account management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and market share
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management
  • Coordinate with other departments, including customer service
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new sales team members
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making are essential for this role

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management role (B2B environment preferred)
  • Background in the electronics distribution or electronic components industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed, expect some domestic and possibly international trips throughout the year
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Results-driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

We are looking for Administrative  to our office in Madrid. We require someone with customer oriented attitude, self-motivated, results oriented, demonstrated innovation, strong relationship building, accurate and with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
  • providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
  • supporting sales representatives in maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
  • meeting personal and team sales tar gets;
  • administration and other office work.

  • technical education (profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related) will be an asset;
  • proficiency in Spanish and advanced English;
  • proficiency in Portuguese will be an asset;
  • customer- and goal-oriented;
  • good command of MS Office;

  • great communication skills;
  • knowledge of SAP / CRM systems will be an asset.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • search for new customers, linked to the electronic components sector on the Slovakia territory;
  • management of the business relationship and relations with existing customers;
  • preparation of commercial offers;
  • analysis of market needs;
  • realization of the pre-established sales plans;
  • after-sales assistance to customers;
  • customer service – answearing emails, phone calls etc.

What do we expect?

  • expirience in sales;
  • knowledge of the electronic components market;
  • mastery of the English language at a communicative level;
  • knowledge of computer programs (MS-Office, Excel);
  • availability for travel – trade shows a few time per year;
  • good organization of work;
  • communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships;
  • driving licence category B;
  • possibly training in the electronic field or similar.
