Sales Development Representative
 
                    Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o. is a leading distributor of electronic components supporting customers globally. We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving broad selection of instock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment.
With more than 35 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries, 9 in Europe and 3 overseas. We employ over 1500 people, and send over 5000 parcels every day to over 150 countries around the world straight from our logistic centers from Poland.
The tasks we want to entrust you with:
• generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research
• analysis and qualification of leads
• active outreach on all channels
• travel to meet the customers: present the company and products, identify customer needs and potential, find opportunities to start or increase cooperation
• establish, maintain and improve customer relations
• report and maintenance of the acquired information in CRM
• close cooperation with the sales department
• representing the company during fairs and events
• market research and report to the sales management
What do we expect?
• minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales development or account management
• willingness to travel
• experience in the independent sourcing of leads
• basic technical knowledge and understanding
• good experience with usage of CRM-systems and MS Office
• good experience with presentation of products in personal and digital meetings
• completed professional training or academic studies
• German native speaker or C2, English B2 or better
• driving license B
These additional qualifications would be a bonus:
• experience with usage of SAP
• experience with representation at fairs
