We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving broad selection of instock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment.

With more than 35 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries, 9 in Europe and 3 overseas. We employ over 1500 people, and send over 5000 parcels every day to over 150 countries around the world straight from our logistic centers from Poland.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

• generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research
• analysis and qualification of leads
• active outreach on all channels
• travel to meet the customers: present the company and products, identify customer needs and potential, find opportunities to start or increase cooperation
• establish, maintain and improve customer relations
• report and maintenance of the acquired information in CRM
• close cooperation with the sales department
• representing the company during fairs and events
• market research and report to the sales management

What do we expect?

• minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales development or account management
• willingness to travel
• experience in the independent sourcing of leads
• basic technical knowledge and understanding
• good experience with usage of CRM-systems and MS Office
• good experience with presentation of products in personal and digital meetings
• completed professional training or academic studies
• German native speaker or C2, English B2 or better
• driving license B
These additional qualifications would be a bonus:
• experience with usage of SAP
• experience with representation at fairs

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • search for new customers, linked to the electronic components sector on the Slovakia territory;
  • management of the business relationship and relations with existing customers;
  • preparation of commercial offers;
  • analysis of market needs;
  • realization of the pre-established sales plans;
  • after-sales assistance to customers;
  • customer service – answearing emails, phone calls etc.

What do we expect?

  • expirience in sales;
  • knowledge of the electronic components market;
  • mastery of the English language at a communicative level;
  • knowledge of computer programs (MS-Office, Excel);
  • availability for travel – trade shows a few time per year;
  • good organization of work;
  • communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships;
  • driving licence category B;
  • possibly training in the electronic field or similar.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining long term and improving customer relationships through regular customer visits - readiness to travel.
  • Visiting customers – You mainly see customers and prospects physically. Follow-up takes place at the office or via homework. The ratio customer visits/office is 80/20.
  • Developing existing accounts and finding new opportunities
  • Managing and expanding product and market knowledge.
  • Attending trade fairs. - Participate in fairs, events and conferences promoting the company
  • Preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists
  • Providing excellent follow-up after making price quotes for your prospects and customers.
  • Providing great customer service (placing orders, checking availability of products and delivery time, handling of complaints, etc.)
  • Contribute to the company's commercial and marketing strategy
  • Searching for information about the local market, fairs and different business opportunities for TME.
  • Identifying customer's needs and translating these into the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Providing reports on the daily activities.
  • Collaborating with sales inside and account managers.

What do we expect?

Who you should be?

  • Knowladge about electronic components - is a must
  • You have experience in sales 2 years or more.
  • You have a driving licence.
  • You are ready for mobile work - visiting customers - 4 days a week
  • You have a can-do mentality that will help us take the company to the next level. You take initiative and have a nose for spotting opportunities yourself.
  • You are enthusiastic, communicative and determined. You convey things to people with confidence and in a smooth but honestly manner.
  • You have strong communication ( English ) and interpersonal skills able to work closely with other departments.
  • Independent and proactive thinking/working comes naturally to you.
  • But you are also a jovial team player.
