The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • sell TME company's products;
  • customer service;
  • new customer acquisition and customer retention;
  • process, update or change customer purchase orders;
  • handle, organize and process customer quote requests;
  • respond to Customer inquiries within a call center environment in accurate manner (e.g. email, phone, webchat);
  • preparing an individual offers for the clients;
  • evaluate customers needs and build / maintain productive long lasting relationships;
  • collaborate with internal departments to resolve all customers' issues;
  • meet personal and team sales targets;
  • issuing sales documents in line with orders;
  • report and provide feedback to the company's management;
  • maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory;
  • attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

What do we expect?

  • MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
  • native English;
  • knowledge of the issues related with electronics, electrical engineering or automation will be an advantage;
  • computer literacy ability to carry out phone conversations;
  • customer orientation strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
  • good organisational skills;
  • ability to build relations with customers;
  • good interpersonal and communication skills.

• preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports;
• researching and analyzing competitor product offerings and services;
• determining customer preferences by analyzing consumer behavior;
• developing innovative sales strategies;
• addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner;
• expanding industry knowledge by attending workshops and training sessions;
• presenting, promoting, and selling company products/services ethically;
• developing and maintaining positive and long term customer relationships;
• achieving sales targets within the set deadlines;
• scheduling and conducting product demonstrations and webinars;
• conducting market research to identify the latest industry trends;
• participation in industry fairs.

What do we expect?

• 3+ years of experience in Sales;
• excellent track record in achieving sales targets/goals in a specified time period;
• knowledge of sales industry trends and practices;
• excellent communication and persuasion skills;
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools;
• good organizational skills;
• problem-solving ability;
• ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations;
• ability to work independently and in a competitive environment;
• ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
• strong presentation skills;
• ability to offer excellent customer service and satisfaction.

These additional qualifications would be a bonus:

  • knowladge of SAP system;
  • knowladge of language – Spanish or Portuguese or French.

  • conducting sales activity of TME products on US market;
  • processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
  • providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
  • attracting new customers and developing cooperation with existing ones;
  • comprehensive customer service;
  • maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
  • generating new and repeatable business through customer service
    initiatives;
  • providing business information;
  • analysing needs and requirements of the market;
  • organising office matters;
  • participate in fairs, events and conferences promoting the company;
  • active searching for clients and visiting customers.

What do we expect?

  • minimum one year of experience in a similar position;
  • familiarity with different sales technique;
  • high communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • strong ability to provide the highest level customer service;
  • skill in establish and build long-term relationships with clients;
  • customer orientation;
  • proficiency in using computer and MS Office software;
  • motivation to achieve the goals;
  • good organization of work;
  • driving license.

These additional qualifications would be a bonus:

  • spanish language knowledge;
  • knowledge of ERP systems (SAP);
