The tasks we want to entrust you with:
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the office;
- Coordinating teamwork;
- Team development, motivating and supervision;
- Ensuring top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance;
- Undertaking and coordinating actions aimed at increasing sales potential of the market;
- Establishing new or developing the existing business contacts in the subordinate area;
- Supervision over price and profit margin policies;
- Creating sales plans and strategies for particular markets;
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and business action plans;
- Cooperating with the management in terms of sales and marketing strategy establishment, participation in creating the company's image;
- Analysing sales reports, sending requests to the superiors;
- Reporting and providing feedback to the company's top management;
- Ensuring proper flow of information and effective cooperation with other departments;
- Participating in fairs, exhibitions and conferences.
