The tasks we want to entrust you with:
Responsibilities include:
- processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes and
claims, - providing the highest level of customer service (including phone
calls), - supporting sales representatives in maintaining and building
long-term relationships with customers - meeting personal and team sales targets,
- administration and other office work.
What do we expect?

- technical education (profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related) will be an asset,
- proficiency in Spanish and advanced English,
- proficiency in Portuguese will be an asset,
- customer- and goal-oriented,
- good command of MS Office,
- strongly motivated to provide the highest level of customer
service, - great communication skills,
- knowledge of SAP / CRM systems will be an asset.
