With more than 30 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries 9 in Europe and 3 outside Europe – in USA, China and at the final stage of establishment new office in India. We employ over 1500 people, and send our shipments to over 150 countries around the world.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

We are looking for Administrative  to our office in Madrid. We require someone with customer oriented attitude, self-motivated, results oriented, demonstrated innovation, strong relationship building, accurate and with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
  • providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
  • supporting sales representatives in maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
  • meeting personal and team sales tar gets;
  • administration and other office work.

  • technical education (profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related) will be an asset;
  • proficiency in Spanish and advanced English;
  • proficiency in Portuguese will be an asset;
  • customer- and goal-oriented;
  • good command of MS Office;
  • strongly motivated to provide the highest level of customer service;
  • great communication skills;
  • knowledge of SAP / CRM systems will be an asset.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • Sell TME company's products;
  • Customer service;
  • New customer acquisition and customer retention;
  • Process, update or change customer purchase orders;
  • Handle, organize and process customer quote requests;
  • Respond to Customer inquiries within a call center environment in accurate manner (e.g. email, phone, webchat);
  • Preparing an individual offers for the clients;
  • Evaluate customers needs and build / maintain productive long lasting relationships;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve all customers' issues;
  • Meet personal and team sales targets;
  • Issuing sales documents in line with orders;
  • Report and provide feedback to the company's management;
  • Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory;
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

What do we expect?

  • MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
  • Native English;
  • Knowledge of the issues related with electronics, electrical engineering or automation will be an advantage;
  • Computer literacy ability to carry out phone conversations;
  • Customer orientation strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Ability to build relations with customers;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

The tasks we want to entrust you with:

  • Lead, coach, and manage outside and inside sales representatives
  • Monitor performance, set sales goals, and ensure the team meets targets
  • Support and participate in inside sales activities, including key account management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and market share
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management
  • Coordinate with other departments, including customer service
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new sales team members
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making are essential for this role

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management role (B2B environment preferred)
  • Background in the electronics distribution or electronic components industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed, expect some domestic and possibly international trips throughout the year
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Results-driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
